Martha Lloyd - Martha Lloyd was the housekeeper of Jane Austen at Chawton cottage and later married Jane Austen's brother, Admiral Sir Francis Austen. She collected more than a hundred recipes from friends and relations, which have been published in "A Jane Austen Household Book" by Peggy Hickman, David & Charles, Ltd.
